Here at Fitness From The Heart we set goals, we strengthen joints, and we push you beyond what you thought was the limit ! A strong mind leads to stronger muscles! We give insight to muscle anatomy, and welcome feedback on how to better address your fitness needs. You are our main objective and our passion is your health. We consider healthy movement of any source a workout! Out with the old and in with the new, no longer do you have to endure strenuous bootcamps or nine mile runs to stay in shape. You can have the best you with just thirty minutes of low imapct movement five times a week, 60 minutes of high impact movement three times a week or place yourself in the the middle combining both types four times a week. You pick the tempo.
